Business event data: SaaS Pulse receives only the business events you explicitly send via our SDK (e.g., signups, payments, churn events). We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) about your end users unless you explicitly include it in event payloads.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the SaaS Pulse service
  • To display your KPI dashboards and metrics
  • To send alerts and notifications you have configured
  • To respond to support requests

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in your Supabase project with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. We never access your raw business data unless required for support with your explicit permission.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Self-Hosted Instances

If you self-host SaaS Pulse, all data remains entirely within your infrastructure. We have no access to self-hosted instances.

7. Data Retention

Event data is retained according to your plan tier (30 days for Free, 1 year for Pro and Team). You may delete your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date.
