Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaS Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaaS Pulse is a KPI dashboard for indie hackers and micro-SaaS founders. The Service allows you to track business metrics including MRR, churn, signups, and other events across multiple products.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the SDK
• Use the Service to collect or store personally identifiable information of end users without proper consent
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the event ingestion API

5. Pricing & Payments

SaaS Pulse offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you send to SaaS Pulse. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. For self-hosted instances, all data remains entirely within your infrastructure.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Open Source License

SaaS Pulse is open-source software. The source code is available under its respective license on GitHub. These Terms of Service apply to the hosted service at saaspulse.dev. Self-hosted usage is governed by the open-source license.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
